The company is based in Switzerland and listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 2020. Our two Swedish subsidiaries operating under the "Minerva" brand are well positioned on the Swedish multi-national corporate market.

Our latest acquisition Haig Barrett operates out of both Dallas (Texas), United States and London, UK with subsidiary offices in Los Angeles and Chicago. Haig Barrett’s expertise is in high-level consulting and large customers in the Automobile, Pharma and IT/Telecom industries.
