CAG International is committed to a professional Corporate Governance and has established appropriate measures in the company. We naturally comply with all provisions required by law. 

Creating and adjusting robust corporate governance policies and procedures for our business is of high priority on our growth journey. Our governance practices will include preparing and distributing regular financial updates. To avoid conflicts of interest, Board members, partners, owners and key executives agree to sign conflict-of-interest disclosure statements as part of our governance. 

When we are in position to hire an CHRO (Chief HR Officer) and as part of corporate social responsibility and meeting any state or federal hiring guidelines, we will assert our commitment to fair hiring practices and non-discrimination. This statement will be the basis for providing the company’s hiring manager with goals for recruiting, screening and hiring staff. This will be a starting point to developing governance policies for hiring practices.

We are also committed to creating sustainable business. Both when it comes to surviving and thriving in these turbulent markets as well as keeping as small an environmental footprint as possible we are constantly looking at ways to improve.
